Privacy Policy

The short version: FeedWarm keeps what it records on your phone. We hold your email and subscription status so you can sign in. Session totals reach us only if you switch on the web dashboard, and the captions and on-screen text FeedWarm reads never leave your device at all.

What stays on your device
These never reach us unless you turn on the optional web dashboard:
- Your niche configuration — keywords, hashtags, thresholds and settings.
- Your session history, including every video score.
- Captions, hashtags, creator names and any text FeedWarm reads from the screen. This is processed on the device to score a video and is not transmitted anywhere, ever, including when the web dashboard is switched on.
Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

Synced session data means numbers and labels only: start time, duration, videos seen, how many matched, likes, saves, the niche name and the social media handle the session ran under.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase — accounts, authentication and database, hosted in the EU (London region).
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Resend — sending account emails.
- Netlify — hosting this website.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account and subscription data for as long as you have an account, and up to six years after for tax and accounting records. Synced session data until you delete it, turn sync off, or close your account.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, withdraw consent for sync at any time, and ask for your data in a portable form. Email contact@tomointeractive.com and we will respond within one month.
Turning off sync in the app stops further uploads. Ask us and we will delete what was already uploaded.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Accessibility permission
FeedWarm needs Android’s accessibility service to scroll the feed and read what is on screen. That permission is powerful, so it is worth being precise: FeedWarm reads screen text only while a session is running and only in the app you have configured, uses it solely to score the video in front of it, and does not record, store or transmit that text.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you by email if the change is significant.
