Refund Policy
Last updated 19 August 2026
We would rather give you your money back than have you stuck with something that is not working for you. This policy sits alongside your legal rights, which it does not affect.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase and receive a full refund.
Because FeedWarm gives you immediate access to downloadable software, at checkout you agree to that access starting straight away and acknowledge that doing so ends the automatic 14-day cancellation right for the content already supplied. We honour it anyway: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full, no reason needed.
After 14 days
- You can cancel at any time and will not be charged again.
- Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not usually refund part-months, but see below.
When we will refund beyond that
- It stopped working. If a platform change broke FeedWarm and we could not fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected period.
- You were charged in error, or charged after cancelling.
- It never worked on your device. If you could not get it running and we could not help you fix it, we will refund you.
When we will not
- Your social media account was restricted or suspended. This is a known risk set out in our terms, and it is the reason we make no promises about outcomes.
- The results were not what you hoped for. FeedWarm controls what your account engages with, not how a platform’s recommendation system responds.
- You forgot to cancel, more than 14 days after the charge. Ask anyway — we will usually sort it out.
How to ask
Email contact@tomointeractive.com from the address you subscribed with and tell us what happened. We aim to reply within two working days, and refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
Cancelling
Email us and we will cancel it for you, or use the billing link in your receipt from Stripe. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not automatically refund past ones.
