Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FeedWarm application and website. By subscribing or using the app you agree to them. Please read the section on account risk carefully.

What FeedWarm is

FeedWarm is an Android application that uses Android’s accessibility service to scroll a social media feed on your device, read the text already visible on screen, score each video against a niche you configure, and engage with videos that match by watching, liking and saving them.

FeedWarm does not use any social platform’s API, does not ask for or store your social media password, and does not access your account from our servers. It operates only on your own device, at your direction.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may use FeedWarm only on social media accounts that you own or are authorised to operate.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any platform you use FeedWarm with.
• You must not use FeedWarm to harass, impersonate, or target any individual, or to engage with content involving minors or illegal material.
• You must not resell, sublicense, redistribute or decompile the application.

Account risk

Automation tools sit outside the terms of service of most social platforms. Using FeedWarm may put your social media account at risk of restriction, suspension or termination by that platform. That risk is yours and you accept it by using the software.

We make no promise that your account will not be actioned, and we make no promise about views, reach, followers, engagement or any other outcome. Any figures shown on our website or in the app describe what the software did, not results you should expect.

Subscription and payment

• FeedWarm is sold as a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change the price on renewal, and will tell you before we do.

Availability

FeedWarm depends on how a third-party application presents itself on screen. If that application changes, parts of FeedWarm may stop working until we update it. We aim to keep it working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may suspend the service for maintenance.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of reach or followers, loss of a social media account, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

FeedWarm is provided to consumers with the statutory protections of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here affects those rights.

Ending your access

You may stop using FeedWarm and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we stop offering the service. If we end the service, we will refund any period you have paid for but not received.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
